Yes! You will see either a little lock in the corner next to our URL, or the HTTPS that designates that our site is secure, depending on what type of browser you are using.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Rates will vary across different carriers depending on size and weight of your total order.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we are only able to ship within Saudi Arabia.

How fast will I receive my order?

We've worked to create a fast, efficient, and fair system for order processing and shipping. We know you want your order quickly, that's why we strive to ship most orders stocked in our warehouse within 1-2 business days and will arrive at your doorstep within 5-7 business days!

What is your return policy?

When can I expect my return to be processed?

Once we receive your return, we will refund the original form of payment. Every bank and credit card company have different policies on how quickly they will refund your money. Most refunds process within 8-10 business days; however, it may take longer depending on the institution.

Do you offer gift wrap?

We do offer gift wrap! Our shipping team will jazz up the shipping box for you on request.

Can I include a gift message?

Of course! During checkout there is a place for comments. Just place your message there and our shipping team will write out a card to include in your shipment.
